Winter at Bear Lake is a snowy playground. The Bear Lake Monster Winterfest is held each January, nearby mountains offer snowmobile trails, and Beaver Mountain is a short drive up Logan Canyon for skiing and snowboarding. The RV pad has room for your trailers.

ACCESS

The entire house is yours: three bedrooms on the main floor and three on the lower floor, the full kitchen, family room, scenic deck, backyard patio and plenty of parking, including the RV pad.

We don't live on site, but we're readily available by phone, email or Airbnb messaging throughout your stay.

We are committed to protecting our property and the safety of our future guests, our neighbors, and the property owners. As such, we require all guests to complete a guest verification form prior to being able to access the home. This guest verification form includes uploading a government ID, taking a selfie, and signing a short-term rental agreement.

• Bedrooms are split between the main floor and the lower floor.
• The community pools are shared with other residents of the community.
• Ample parking is available, including a garage space and a large RV pad for boats, ATVs, and trailers.
