The Space:
Welcome to our radiant haven in Garden City, where cosmopolitan style seamlessly intertwines with rugged Utah charm. Offering six spacious bedrooms, our retreat is a muse for relaxation, shared experiences, and unforgettable memories.

• On the main floor, you'll be greeted by three elegantly fitted bedrooms.
• The first master suite boasts a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, offering the ultimate private escape.
• Our second and third rooms feature a king bed and a queen bed respectively, promising tranquil nights of undisturbed sleep.
• The main floor also showcases a lavishly equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and ample seating. Here, you can indulge in creating culinary masterpieces with your family or take in the scents of freshly brewed morning coffee.
• For your convenience, a laundry room and secure parking space in the garage are also available on this floor.

Heading downstairs, you'll discover three additional rooms.

• Our fourth bedroom houses a playful bunk room, featured with four twin-over-full bunk beds. Ideal for sleepovers or simply to enjoy some bonding time.
• A king bed lavishly furnishes our fifth room, and a twin-over-full bunk bed accommodates the sixth room.
• Central to these rooms, a large family room with a comfortable sectional and a large TV invites you to unwind with a movie after a day of exploration.

Outside, a scenic deck offers breathtaking mountain and nature views, providing a magical setting for alfresco dining or a serene meditation space in the mornings. Relax in our unique, little patio, complete with cozy seating. A colossal RV pad offers secure space for your boats, ATVs, trailers, and other adventurous gear.

Guest Access:
Guests are welcomed to relish full access to the entire house. This includes three richly furnished bedrooms on the main floor and three on the lower floor, a fully stacked kitchen replete with modern appliances, a cozy family room, and an array of outdoor spaces including a scenic deck, a warming backyard patio, and ample parking, including our colossal RV pad.
