Located in Capitol Hill, guests can walk a block to the high-end food court, the Roost, or explore a variety of dining options along Barracks Row, including a Michelin-rated restaurant, and other vibrant dining options. Guests can also enjoy visiting Eastern Market, which we highly recommend on the weekends, with its bustling market, with food vendors, fresh produce and other local items for purchase. In addition, one can walk to Trader Joes for groceries, as well as numerous other retail establishments like CVS. In short, the apartment is in tremendous location for one to explore all that the nation’s capital has to offer!

PARKING
Ample street parking is available around the perimeter of the property. We have 1 parking spot in the rear of the building that can be rented out for $30/day. This parking space is first come first serve so we cannot guarantee it will be available for your stay, please message us for parking spot availability or general parking questions/concerns.
