• This apartment is located in the residential area, so it has an elevator with a private hallway.
• There are 3 bedrooms. One with a king-size bed, another with a queen-size bed, and the last one with two beds of one and a half size.

• 30 minutes from Chase Stadium - Inter Miami Stadium

• A resort fee will be applied that the resort will charge you at check-in. The value of this fee will be:
  $30 per day for stays of 1 to 6 days
  $25 per day for stays of 7 to 15 days
  $20 per day for stays of 15 to 29 days
  $300 per month for stays of 30 days
  For extended stays of more than 30 days, the fee is $300 plus $10 per additional day.
