The Space:

• Glenn Haven is an extravagant 11,000 sq. ft. retreat designed to cater for large group holidays. It offers endless opportunities for entertainment, relaxation, and adventure. Right at your doorstep, 40 acres of sprawling land with private ATV trails, an authentic teepee, a larger-than-life heated pool, and a hot tub beckon.
• The house boasts of ten well-appointed bedrooms and seven bathrooms, including three family suites with their own master bedrooms, adjoining bunk rooms, and private bathrooms, and two imposing bunk rooms. The main-level master suite offers wheelchair access and a premium Purple mattress, while the lower-level hosts a plush queen suite. Comfort and peace, combined.
• Start your day soaking in the breathtaking view of Bear Lake from the back porch, spend the day embarking on vigorous ATV rides on our private trails, and conclude the evening around the fire pit in our authentic teepee during the summer or by the indoor fireplace during the winter - all within the estate.

Private parking for up to 25 vehicles and 3-car inside parking with EV charging ports are available.
