MANDATORY RENTAL AGREEMENT AND DAMAGE WAIVER
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.

PARKING LIMITATIONS: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.
