Valet Parking (Variable) is not included, must be paid during your stay. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent. Daily cleaning, valet parking and resort fee are not included. A credit card will be required at check-in for incidentals. You must be 21 or older to rent.

This is a Condo hotel 24/7 front desk. Front desk personal will give you a key card for Door, Elevator, Gym and Pool. Guests are required to pay a daily Resort Fee for amenity access. • No Parties: Absolutely no parties allowed.
• Resort Fee: Guests must pay a daily Resort Fee of $40 for amenity access. Payment is card-only; no cash accepted.
• Parking Fees: All guests are responsible for parking fees.
• Dress Code: Shoes and shirt required indoors.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM.
• Wristbands: Wristbands are required at all times.

Pool Rules:

• Towels must remain in the pool area.
• No running, ball playing, or roller skating on the pool deck.
• Proper bathing attire required in pools/Jacuzzi.
• No toys around the pool; only arm floats allowed.
• No outside food or beverages, no glass on the pool deck.
• No personal audio devices.
• No pets in the pool areas.
• No lifeguard on duty.
• Pregnant women, individuals with health issues, and those under the influence of substances should consult a doctor before using spa pools.
• Children under 12 need parental supervision.
• Non-compliance results in removal from the property.

Security Deposit:

• The resort requires a security deposit of $250 for the use of amenities. No exceptions.
• It's important for guests to be aware of and adhere to these rules and policies to ensure a pleasant stay and avoid any additional fees or issues.

Best known for its lively boardwalk that stretches more than two miles along the ocean, Hollywood Beach is home to countless restaurants and cafes, ice cream parlours, souvenir shops, and farmer's markets. By day, the scenic boardwalk is a perfect place for walking, jogging, cycling or skating around town. In the evenings, al fresco dining and live music at the retro-cool Hollywood Beach Bandshell off Johnson Street keep the locals and visitors entertained.

The city itself is filled with recreational parks, well-manicured golf courses, and warm sandy beaches, making it among the top vacation hot spots on the East Coast. Young Circle is another exciting area surrounded by dozens of shops, restaurants, and bars. From Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport:

• Take Terminal Dr and NE 10th St to US-1 S (2.6 mi)
• Continue on US-1 S. Drive to S Ocean Dr (7.2 mi)
• Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto US-1 S (2.1 mi)
• Turn left onto E Sheridan St (1.7 mi)
• Use the right 2 lanes to turn right onto N Ocean Dr (3.3 mi)
• Make a U-turn and Hyde Hollywood will be on the right (341 ft)

From Miami International Airport:

• Get on FL-112 E in Hialeah from Miad Cir and Exit 2 (2.6 mi)
• Follow FL-112 E, I-95 Express and I-95 N to FL-858 E/Hallandale Beach Blvd in Hallandale Beach. Take exit 18 from I-95 N (16.5 mi)
• Follow FL-858 E/Hallandale Beach Blvd to S Ocean Dr (2.9 mi)
• Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto S Ocean Dr and Hyde Hollywood will be on the right

Just a friendly reminder, during your stay, please follow the house rules:

• Treat the apartment like your own house, this is not a hotel, it is a private unit.
• Try to leave the Unit in the same conditions in which you found it. You will find soap and toilet paper when you arrive, then you will need to provide your own toiletries (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, etc.) There are several shops located within walking distance.
• Take out the garbage, wash the dishes or put them in the dishwasher already cleaned on your way out. THERE IS A $60 GARBAGE FINE
• Take care of Sheets and Towels (the towels are not to clean the countertop or the kitchen)
• This is a NON-smoking unit! Smoking inside will result in a minimum additional cleaning fee of $200.
• No pets allowed. If we find out you bring a pet, THERE IS A $400 FINE.
• The guest is responsible for any damage in the apartment.
• The rate includes a one-time departure cleaning fee. Guests who leave the premises excessively dirty will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• Does not include daily maid service. Additional cleaning is available for an additional charge upon request.

There is a $75 fine for leaving after 11 AM without notifying

The complex reserves the right of admission and permanence of the guests, being able to expel any guest who is in a situation of non-compliance with the rules of the building. If guests are kicked out for breaking the rules, we are not responsible for that action and no refund will apply. You are duly notified.

BASIC RULES:

• If we find out you threw a party, there's a $175 fine

Important: on departure everything will be checked. In the event that the cleaning staff finds damaged objects, blood-stained towels, makeup or others, the guest will be charged the amount corresponding to the replacement of the damaged object. Without exceptions.
