Welcome to Casa Catskills, a stunning 1919 Craftsman and Spanish Colonial bungalow in the heart of New Kingston, NY. Designed by Stickley, renowned for iconic furniture, this architectural treasure is part of a rare blueprint series published between 1910 and 1915. According to local legend, Warren Archibald was inspired to build it after seeing a model at the 1912 Panama-Pacific Exhibition.

The interior design beautifully enhances the charm of this historic home, making it a delight for history and architecture enthusiasts. It strikes the perfect balance between cozy and sophisticated, with thoughtfully chosen furnishings that celebrate the home's unique character.

This single-story gem features a modern chef's kitchen, a welcoming dining room, a comfortable living room, and three well-appointed bedrooms designed to ensure a restful night's sleep.

We do allow 1 dog with prior approval and an additional pet fee. Dogs have special rules. Please no dogs on furniture or beds, clean and dry dogs in the house only, bring a pet towel from home to clean. Curb your dog on walks and on the yard.

Delaware County is a rural, mountainous area. October through April when snow and ice are likely, guests should have either winter tires or all-season tires with adequate tread. AWD, FWD, or 4WD vehicles are recommended. 2WD and RWD vehicles are generally not good vehicles for driving in snow or rain. Check the weather before arrival and plan your trip accordingly. If you are unfamiliar with driving in snow look for tips online at sources like AAA. The driveway is plowed, maintained, and shoveled to the door. A shovel is provided for you so you can maintain a safe walkway during your stay.
