🐶 We welcome one well-behaved dog with prior approval and a pet fee. A few helpful ground rules: no pups on furniture or beds, please bring a towel from home to clean off muddy paws, and make sure to keep your dog leashed and picked up after during walks and yard time. ❄️ Winter travel advisory: Delaware County is a rural, mountainous area. From October through April, snow and ice are common. We recommend AWD, FWD, or 4WD vehicles and good all-season or winter tires. 2WD or RWD vehicles may have trouble in winter conditions. The driveway is plowed and shoveled to the door, and we provide a shovel so you can keep the walkway safe during your stay. Check the forecast and travel safe!
