Guests have full access to the entire vacation home, including the main living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces. The multi-level deck, hot tub, and yard with mountain views are all available for your enjoyment.

Please note that the closet in the master bedroom is locked for owner storage, and the basement contains a locked storage room that is off-limits. The garage area is also restricted and not available for guest use.

We want your stay to be as relaxing and memorable as possible! To help ensure that, please take a moment to review our house policies and expectations before finalizing your reservation:

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Need extra time? We’re happy to try to accommodate changes for an added fee—just give us at least 24 hours’ notice. We’ll do our best based on cleaning schedules and availability.

Rural Setting & Wildlife
This is country living! While we treat the exterior to keep out pests, occasional visits from insects or mice can happen—even in very clean homes. They’re drawn to food, water, and shelter. If you're uneasy around critters, this may not be the best fit.

No Cell Service
There’s no cell signal at the house. Be sure to turn on WiFi Calling in your phone settings so you can make and receive calls while connected to the WiFi.

Winter Travel (Oct–Apr)
If you're visiting during colder months, please come prepared. We recommend AWD, FWD, or 4WD vehicles and winter or all-season tires with good tread. Steep, unpaved roads can be tricky in snow or rain. The driveway is plowed and shoveled, and we provide a snow shovel to help keep your walkway safe.

Well & Septic System
Our water comes from a private well, and waste goes to a septic system. Please avoid sprinklers, kiddie pools, or water slides—they can drain the well and damage the pump. Also, only flush toilet paper—no wipes or hygiene products, please.
