• Our home is situated in a rural area, which means that you may encounter local wildlife. While we treat the exterior to deter pests such as insects and mice, it's important to understand that these creatures can occasionally find their way inside. Mice, in particular, can enter through small openings, drawn in by food, water, and shelter, often seeking nesting sites in areas like attics or basements. Those who are apprehensive about wildlife may find our space less suitable.

• Please note that there is no cell service in the area. To make and receive calls, activate WiFi Calling in your phone settings.

• During winter months (October to April), when snow and ice are likely, it's advisable to have winter or all-season tires.
