Four real bedrooms means no one's drawing straws for the pull-out couch — 3 kings and 2 singles sleep up to 10 comfortably. Two full bathrooms keep morning routines moving. The open living and dining area gives everyone space to land at the end of a beach day without tripping over each other.

🏊 PRIVATE SCREENED POOL
The birdcage enclosure is the feature guests keep coming back for — it keeps the bugs out while you keep the doors open. Dip in after the beach, eat dinner outside, or just float. It's yours the whole stay — no shared pool, no schedule.

🍳 KITCHEN
Fully equipped for real cooking: stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, blender, kettle, dishwasher, drip coffee maker. Pots, pans, plates, and utensils all there. (We don't stock pantry staples — bring your own salt, oil, and seasonings.)

🏠 LIVING AREAS
Large windows bring the outside in. Multiple TVs throughout. Dedicated workspace if someone needs to check in with the office. Ceiling fans keep the air moving even when the AC is off.

🧺 LAUNDRY + EXTRAS
Full-size washer and dryer onsite — huge for a week-long trip with kids. All linens and towels provided, plus shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer, iron, and hangers. High-speed WiFi throughout.

🚗 PARKING
Driveway fits 2 vehicles. No street permits needed.

GUEST ACCESS
The entire home and screened pool are yours — no shared spaces. Self check-in via keypad, so no waiting around for key handoffs.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

• Self check-in: keypad, instructions sent before arrival

• Free early check-in / late checkout up to 2 hours — just ask in advance (subject to availability). Additional time: $50/hour.

• Groups over 8: message us first for free approval. Unapproved extra guests will be charged $25/person/night.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Checkout: 10:00 AM

• No smoking anywhere on property

• No pets (service animals: contact us before booking)

• No parties, events, or gatherings beyond registered guests

• Must be 21+ to book

• Rental agreement + photo ID required prior to check-in
