DOG REQUIREMENTS

• $150 pet fee (a second dog may be considered upon request)
• Ideally over 2 years of age, fully potty trained, and medium-sized
• Dogs must remain with owners at all times. If left inside the unit, they must be kenneled
• Pet fee must be confirmed with Dolce Vita Getaways prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets on the property will result in eviction (verified by Ring Doorbell)

• Minimum Age for Booking – Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve
• Golf Cart Included – Available with your stay! Drivers must be 25+ and sign a golf cart waiver
• Maximum On-Site Parking – Up to 5 vehicles allowed on the property
• Non-Smoking Property – This home is strictly non-smoking
• Quiet Hours – In compliance with Walton County ordinance: 10 PM – 6 AM
