While we take every precaution to combat these pests, it is possible that one will occasionally make it in through a window or door. Some people can mistake these for very tiny roaches, but they are not.
5. For same-day reservations made after the check-in time, the earliest we can guarantee access to the home is 1 hour after the reservation is made.
