Just minutes from this home, you'll pass by all the best local spots that are loved by the community, which means you’re in for some of the tastiest eats in the area—all within walking distance from this condo. You'll pull into a charming little complex with private parking, so you’ll always have a reserved spot and won't have to fight the beach traffic during festivals and busy beach days. You’ll have one dedicated space, with four additional visitor spots available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Take the middle set of stairs, and you’ll find your front door on the second-floor landing to the right. Enter the code we provide, and you’ll walk into a perfectly sized space—the living room, dining area, and kitchen all flow together, with the two bedrooms and bathroom down the hall.

The living room has ample seating for everyone, as does the dining area. Watching a football game or a great movie and want a snack? You won’t miss a thing, even if you’re in the kitchen, which has a full view of the living area—so your entertainment or entertaining won’t be interrupted.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, prep, and store. We have all the basics, so you don’t have to worry about packing anything! Clean-up is easy too, with a dishwasher for your convenience. The laundry included in your stay is located in the kitchen as well.

Off the dining area, there’s a private balcony, strung with cozy Christmas lights for a relaxed night or morning while the sun rises or sets. You’ll catch the sea breeze and salty air while enjoying the quiet neighborhood behind your home.

Down the hall, you’ll find the shared bathroom for the two bedrooms. The bathroom is a shower/tub combo that’s perfect for guests of any age, and we’ll provide you with the essentials for your first night to save you a trip to the store.

The home has two queen bedrooms—nearly identical, though one has a small desk for those who may need to work remotely during their extended stay. Both bedrooms feature spacious closets with multiple built-in shelves to give you all the storage space you’ll need.

There are also a couple of beach chairs available for your use during your stay—the boardwalk and beach are only a half mile away, making for a pleasant walk to and from as you enjoy the great weather!

Biking is also a favorite, with several rental shops along the boardwalk and miles of scenic bike paths. Lastly, for longer trips or quick access to neighboring cities, Hampton Roads Transit provides bus routes and shuttle services across the region, making it easy to venture beyond the beachfront!
