→ PARKING NOTES: All Majestic guests must be pre registered to receive Parking Permit(s). The registration fee is $40 per vehicle plus tax and is mandatory and required by Majestic Condominium Resort and its COA. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es). MAX 2 parking passes.
