• This condo is located in Tower A, offering elevated views for a more peaceful stay away from the ground-level noise.

Starter Supplies

• We provide a starter supply of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags to get you settled in. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed for their stay.

Linens & Towels

• All bed linens and bath towels are included. Please bring your own beach and pool towels, as they are not provided by the resort for private rentals.

Beach Gear

• Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided with the unit, but they are available for seasonal rental directly from the lifeguards on the beach.

Wi-Fi

• Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo for your convenience.

Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver

• We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.

Parking Limitations

• No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.
