Siesta Key Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, and it's only a short distance from your house. With its powdery white sand Siesta Key Beach is a must-visit destination for everyone. Head to the beach for a day of fun in the sun. Take a dip in the cool water, play a game of beach volleyball, or simply relax on the sand and soak up the sun. Stop at the Daiquiri Bar before returning to your house. Then continue exploring the downtown Sarasota area or simply relax at home.

The house is a smart home with the locks, thermostat, smoke detectors and TV's connected to the Internet. It was built in the Mid-Century Modern style with the terrazzo floors typical of the time. The rooms are spacious and the yard is large. The patio is completely screened in and is connected to the kitchen with a large sliding glass door. This makes dining al fresco a snap.

There are 3 TVs in the house. One in the living room and one for each bedroom.

If extra accommodations are required the couch can make into a double bed.

If even more space is required the two halves of the duplex can be booked together.

The guests will have access to the entire house.

We will follow the guest's lead. We live in the area and can be available.
