  • Lower Level Bunk Room: 4 twin beds, 2 full beds, perfect for large groups or families with kids.
  • Living Areas: Spacious, open-concept design with a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a dining area for everyone to gather.

  • We welcome up to 2 dogs for a $50 non-refundable fee per dog. Your dog must be well-mannered indoors, and we ask that they be crated when left unattended.

• 💰 Cancellation & Deposit Policy

  • 14+ Days Before Arrival: Full refund
  • 8–14 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund
  • 1–7 Days Before Arrival: No refund
  • Medical Emergency: Full refund with documentation for medical emergencies within 1 day of arrival.
  • Deposit: A 50% refundable deposit is required at booking and must be paid within 24 hours to secure the reservation.
