Located in Avondale, AZ, this beautiful and safe neighborhood home is only 8 minutes from Phoenix-Goodyear Airport! The home includes:

• 1 king-sized memory foam bed
• 2 queen-sized memory foam beds
• 2 full-sized memory foam bunk beds
• 2 twin-sized memory foam bunk beds

In total, there are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. One of the four bedrooms has its own private bathroom. Each bedroom comes with a Smart TV, and there is also one in the living room.

The home features a dining table that seats 6. There is plenty of cookware and dining sets, along with silverware, coffee, and filtered water.

Our spaces provide all the essentials you need for your stay, including:

Long-term tenants must supply their own toiletries once the initial supply provided at check-in is depleted.

Parking Instructions:

• Please park only on the parking pad provided.
• Guests can park 3 cars wide on the parking pad without any issue.
• Parking on the gravel is not allowed. Doing so may result in fines from the HOA.
• Additionally, street parking is allowed; however, please note that parking on the street after 10 PM will result in your vehicle being towed. The HOA is strict about this rule.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
