This 3-bedroom, 2-bath villa sits directly on the Spring Lake Waterway, giving you quiet water views without the boat-traffic noise of a canal home. No neighbors sharing your pool. No cramped sleeping arrangements — every bedroom is a king.

THE SPACE

• Sleeping Arrangements:

  • Living room: Sofa bed (ideal for kids or a 7th guest)

This layout works especially well for two couples traveling together, a family with teens, or anyone who refuses to flip a coin over who gets the pull-out couch. Everyone gets a king.

OUTDOOR LIVING

• The private pool is the centerpiece — unobstructed water views, no shared deck, no waiting. Pool heat is available ($45/day booked in advance, $50/day during stay; 4-day minimum). The BBQ grill is yours to use; just bring your own propane.

INDOOR LIVING

• The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking: stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, blender, kettle, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Dining table inside + outdoor dining area poolside.
• Three smart TVs. Central A/C + ceiling fans throughout. Washer and dryer in-unit.

• Free early check-in / late checkout up to 2 hours — just ask in advance (subject to availability). Additional time: $50/hour.

• Groups over 7: message us first for free approval. Unapproved extra guests will be charged $25/person/night.

House rules:

• No smoking.
• No pets (service animals with notice).
• No parties or events.
• Guests must be 21+.
• Rental agreement + photo ID required prior to check-in.

Port Charlotte is quiet by design — no theme parks, no tourist crowds, just Florida the way it used to be. You're 0.03 miles from North Spring Lake, under 5 miles from Charlotte Sports Park (spring training!), and a 20-minute drive from Gulf beaches including Englewood and Boca Grande. Café Creole and Sweet's Diner are under half a mile away.
Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) is 20 minutes out — one of the easiest fly-ins in Southwest Florida.
