The shoreline at the cabin is natural rather than a groomed sandy swimming beach. Water levels, shoreline material, and access conditions can change with seasons and weather. Any platform label such as “beach” or “beachfront” refers to the waterfront location and private shoreline access—not a maintained sandy beach. Arenac County Park’s 900-foot sandy swimming beach is less than a mile away.
Cozy Home I is well suited for:

Wildlife sightings are possible but never guaranteed. There is no lifeguard, and all water use is at the guest’s own risk.
