Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Event & Gathering Policy
Any gathering, party, or event that will include more individuals than the maximum number of guests listed on the reservation must be disclosed in writing and approved in advance by ManageWay.

An additional fee starting at $150 will be required to accommodate the extra guests. This fee may increase based on the number of attendees to cover the cost of stocking the property appropriately, additional cleaning, and wear and tear resulting from larger gatherings.
In certain cases, a formal Event Policy may be required and must be completed and returned to ManageWay prior to the event. Unauthorized gatherings or failure to comply with this policy may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and additional charges for excessive cleaning or damages.
