- The direct train to New York is less than a 5 minute walk from this apartment.
- The journey takes about 30 minutes to reach Manhattan New York City.
- Newark Airport (EWR) can be reached with this same train and the journey takes about 15 minutes.
- This building is in the middle of a city and has no parking.
- There is a public parking garage around the corner where you can conveniently park during your stay.
- You would need to pay the parking fees directly to the garage.
- We do not include any parking with this listing and parking is entirely a guest's responsibility.

- A valid credit or debit card is required; if you’re paying us directly by card, we’ll ask for a photo of the front and back and a signed credit card authorization form, and the name on the reservation, card, and ID should match.
- Please also have a valid, current government-issued ID ready — if it’s expired we won’t be able to approve the stay, and no refund applies in that case.
