- If you are planning to arrive after 11:00 pm, you must clear this with us.
- We will not be available to support you during check-in if you arrive very late at night (after 11:00 pm).
- You can do a self-service check in after 11 pm, but if any issues arise we will not be able to respond or give any refunds.
- Please also note that this apartment is located in an older house.
- Some recent guests have arrived with higher expectations than what we can provide given the age of the house and layout of the apartment.
- The apartment looks like the photos in the listing and we keep it clean.

- A few things to know before you book:
- To keep our homes safe and welcoming for everyone, all guests complete a quick verification before arrival — we’ll reach out by email or text with the simple steps once you’ve booked, so please complete it before you travel.
- Guests are also asked to either purchase a damage waiver or leave a refundable security deposit, and to sign a short rental agreement.
- A valid credit or debit card is required; if you’re paying us directly by card, we’ll ask for a photo of the front and back and a signed credit card authorization form, and the name on the reservation, card, and ID should match.
- Please also have a valid, current government-issued ID ready — if it’s expired we won’t be able to approve the stay, and no refund applies in that case.
