• Bedroom 4: This room also operates as a third living/ bonus room as well and has a second dedicated workspace. The room offers a Twin trundle bed and a queen air mattress. Enjoy the smart TV with surround sound, karaoke machine, books for all ages, Peloton, wall-to-wall blackout curtains, and a great place to retreat to after a fun-filled day! The privacy of this room is provided by curtains in the entrance.

Family/Bonus/Media Room:

This home is designed to be kid-friendly for respectful little ones. Baby gates are installed on the back porch and at the bottom of the grand staircase. While we assume no responsibility for their use, they are available for you to use at your own risk.

Hypoallergenic Environment:

• Owner has severe allergies, so the home does not allow animals and is designed to be highly hypoallergenic
• Note: There is an outdoor short-haired tabby farm cat, "Mr. Sprinkles," who occasionally ventures inside when guests allow.
