Happy Place is located in the Laguna Beach section on the west end of PCB. Just steps from the cottage is not only the world's most amazing beaches but a full-service locally owned grocery store and donut shop! The complete package of necessity is within walking distance, no need to drive anywhere! Our community is also one of the last to be golf cart friendly, while we don't provide one you're welcome to bring your own or rent one locally.

Pier Park is the highly sought after shopping and restaurant destination on the beach and just a quick 5-minute ride. Pier Park also is home to the recently renovated county pier with fishing, sightseeing, and sand available activities including a dog-friendly beach portion. Recent additions include a sky wheel and a helicopter sightseeing attraction, top golf, and Dolly Parton's Pirate Dinner Theatre.
