• Bedroom 1: Queen bed + full-over-full bunk bed (great for kids or overflow)
• Bedroom 2: King bed with private en-suite
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed with private en-suite
• Sleeps up to 10 guests total

The renovation was completed in 2025 — new finishes throughout, not just a coat of paint. Everything you walk into is clean, fresh, and actually works.

KITCHEN

• Set up for real cooking, not just reheating takeout
• Full appliances: stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, blender, dishwasher
• Coffee maker + rice cooker
• Full cookware, dishes, and utensils
• Paper towels and trash bags included
• We don't stock salt, pepper, or spices — please bring your own seasonings.

OUTDOOR

• A private backyard with multiple tables — good for morning coffee, evening meals, or just keeping the kids outside while the adults decompress.
• The beach is a 1-minute walk with no roads to cross.

• Norwood Dr sits in the heart of Miramar Beach. You're 1 minute to the sand, a few minutes' walk from Smoothie King, Lin's Asian Cuisine, and Chick-fil-A.
• Silver Sands Premium Outlets and Destin Commons are a short drive.
• The Destin Harbor Boardwalk is about 10 miles west.
• This area books up fast in June–August. If your dates are open, they usually won't stay that way long.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Self check-in: keypad, instructions sent before arrival
• Free early check-in / late checkout up to 2 hours — just ask in advance (subject to availability). Additional time: $50/hour.
• Groups over 10: message us first for free approval. Unapproved extra guests will be charged $25/person/night.
