• Second bathroom will be shared between Second bedroom & Third bedroom.
• A washer and dryer for guests to use.

NOTE: The use of the playground will be the sole responsibility of the renters and kids must play supervised at all times.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you haven't done it yet, please make sure to download the August Home application on your phone and provide us with your phone number so we can send you an invite. Our home will be accessed via a phone app.

If several guests would like to have access, please ask them to download the app and log in using their login credentials.

Please be informed that the lawn is maintained every other Saturday, so you should see the crew for about one hour on Saturdays.

My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.

Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
