Once a parsonage and later the town post office, this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath village home is steeped in local history and filled with character. Lovingly restored and thoughtfully decorated, it’s the perfect mix of timeless charm and modern comfort.

All bedrooms feature Casper mattresses and pillows, dressed with soft, high-quality linens from Casper and Brooklinen for a cozy, restful sleep.

Pink Room (Upstairs) – Full bed + walk-in closet turned magical sleepover nook with a full-size mattress, fairy lights, and a Bluetooth projector.

The Space
Enter through the screened side porch—a lovely spot for morning coffee or a rainy day read. Inside, the kitchen is a dream for food lovers, with all the tools you need for cooking and entertaining (yep, even a sushi kit and a popcorn station!). No microwave—but you won’t miss it.

The dining room is perfect for shared meals or celebrations, complete with proper glassware for every toast. Spin a record on the turntable, connect to Bluetooth, and enjoy the vibes.

In the living room, kick back on the cozy sectional, stream on the Smart TV, or dive into game night with the Xbox. Need some quiet time? The adjacent game den is packed with magnetic wall games and plush chairs.

The former post office is now a dreamy bedroom with bold wallpaper and a dimmable pendant light—great for a restful night.

Upstairs, you’ll also find a bright office space, game shelf, and our favorite: the screened sleeping porch. With a full-size daybed and tranquil views of the backyard and fields beyond, it’s a true hidden gem.

Outside
Enjoy morning sun on the front porch, evening BBQs on the back deck, or roast marshmallows around the fire pit. There’s a yard for games, shaded seating, and quiet spots for stargazing. Parking is located just across the street.

Guests have access to all areas of the house except the basement.

Delaware County NY is a four season vacation destination. In the summertime there are yard sales, farmers markets, fairs and more. Outdoor activities include hiking, biking and fishing. Fall is for leaf peeping. Drive down the country roads, pick apples and pumpkins and enjoy nearby town harvest festivals. Winter is packed full of activities. There are two ski centers nearby that offer tubing, skiing, snowboarding and cross country skiing (as well as summer activities like hiking, biking and concerts). Restaurants often showcase locally made or grown food like cheese, bread, meat fruit and vegetables. Shops abound, there's always something to see.

Quiet Hours & Neighbor Respect
We love our neighbors, and we know you will too! Please keep things quiet outside after 9PM, especially if you’re enjoying the fire pit or outdoor space.

No Cell Service
There’s no cell reception at the house, but you can make and receive calls with WiFi Calling (be sure to turn it on in your phone settings).

Winter Travel Tips (Oct–Apr)
Delaware County is beautiful—and it’s also rural and mountainous. If you’re visiting during colder months, we strongly recommend AWD, FWD, or 4WD and winter or all-season tires with good tread.
The driveway is plowed and shoveled to the door, and we provide a shovel in case you need to clear a path during your stay.
