We have an incredible team you can call, email, and even TEXT(!) who regularly get called out by name in our homes' reviews. We are available 24/7 for our guests. There are also no keys- you get your very own door code that will only work for the duration of your stay with our smart locks for extra security and peace of mind. We also provide a detailed property and destination guide for each property with things we like to do, eat, info on the house, and more! • We are pet-friendly for 2 doggies but require you to let us know and pay an additional fee of $165 and agree to our pet rules.
• Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate when booking.
• Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER you book.
• Payment must be made before check-in.
• Exterior video surveillance at entrance points (Ring brand, which records with motion). We care about protecting your privacy - NO cameras facing the interior or inside the house.
• Quiet Hours: 10 pm - 7 am
• NO Parties- Yes, this is a fun house, but respecting neighbors and quiet hours is a MUST! Noise decimal devices located at the home (do NOT record, simply monitor noise levels) will alert us, and you will be fined and may have to leave the property with no refund. Gatherings may be approved with prior notice.
• NO Smoking and/or vaping inside the home or near any entry points.
• Property Damage Protection Fee: Our coverage safeguards you against accidental damages up to $1500, ensuring your relaxation and enjoyment during your stay.
