Aside from the amazing location, the 2 bedroom/ 1.5 bathroom beautifully decorated condo offers a great place to relax on your getaway with everything you need! The kitchen is fully equipped with:

• Brita water filter pitcher, and more!

Both bedrooms are located upstairs with king-sized beds, Smart TVs, a walk-out balcony overlooking the golf course, and an ensuite bathroom. The upstairs bathroom has a double vanity and a spa-like luxurious shower, and we supply the soap, shampoo, and conditioner! Downstairs is a great-sized dining area and living room with a Smart TV to wind down indoors, play a game, or watch a movie together.

We are pet-friendly for 2 doggies but do require you to let us know and pay an additional pet fee of $155 and agree to our pet rules.

Point Venture POA Pool: Hours vary, but are typically Tues- Sun 8 am-10 pm (closed Mondays)

Exterior video surveillance at entrance points, which record when motion is detected. We care about protecting your privacy - NO cameras face the interior or inside the house.

NO Parties- We want you to have a good time, but quiet hours are enforced (10 pm) and we need to respect our neighbors. You will be fined and may have to leave the property with no refund

NO Smoking and/or vaping inside the home or near any entry points

Property Damage Protection Fee: Our coverage safeguards you against accidental damages up to $1500, ensuring your relaxation and enjoyment during your stay.

24hr check-in and no keys! You get your very own door code that will only work for the duration of your stay.
