Surprising amenities include a KitchenAid mixer, Keurig, drip coffee maker, Smart TVs, plush towels, board games, & every kitchen utensil to spoil a chef! Very comfortably sleeps 6, per fire code. Super easy elevator access with two designated covered parking spots (plus overflow if needed) for your convenience.

Let your adventurous side out and rent a kayak, boat, or wave runner for the day- they can even deliver to you! The renowned Lake Travis is a beautiful and FUN lake, but it is not a constant-level lake. If you are looking to bring a boat, we highly suggest checking the lake levels through the LCRA website for Lake Travis (Mansfield). Boat Ramps are open when the level is below 679' msl (mean sea level) and Boat Parking is open when lake levels are below 675' msl.

Note: The indoor hot tub is closed due to it being resurfaced, but the indoor pool is open.

• There is an EXTERIOR monitoring camera at the entrance to the condo as well as cameras around the complex. Absolutely NO cameras on any interior areas of the condo whatsoever.
