  We want your group to have the best possible experience in Chattanooga. Our team is available remotely throughout your stay for any questions or assistance.

Guests will have full, private access to the entire home.

Guests will not meet the hosts unless they request in-person assistance; communication is handled remotely.

To help protect the home from potential damage or parties, we kindly ask guests to choose between a fully refundable $250 deposit or a $59 damage protection policy.
