• The property opens up to an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room as you walk in. A dining area is available for a quiet morning breakfast that was prepared in a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a 55' TV available for you to use, and the couch is actually a pull-out full bed in case you have a 3rd person in your party. The bedroom features a queen bed with an additional AC unit and fan for your comfort and transitions into the bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. Basic beach equipment is provided in the closet in the bedroom.

• You will get an access code prior to your check-in in your instructions for access. This property is located behind the fence. The space is your own but we are available if you need anything!

We have the home stocked with a starter kit for your stay including a roll of paper towels, extra trash bags for the kitchen, laundry soap, sponge and dish liquid, dishwasher liquid, and rolls of toilet and paper towels. Supplies required over this amount will be the responsibility of the guests to purchase for their stay. There are several local stores very close to this property including Target and major grocery chains.
