• This hotel-style studio suite comes with a super comfortable queen bed. You'll find a full size bathroom, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and TV.

• This unit does not have a kitchen as it's a hotel style room in a building with 2 other similar units. The only shared space is the hallway in the building to get to each suite.

• The area is peaceful and you can walk right down to the pier on the resort.

• I or someone from my team will be readily available and happy to help with anything you need. We use self-check-in for all guests but I make sure to touch base with them upfront as well as after their stay, giving them privacy during their stay. We are only a text or phone call away if you need us.

• We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.

• We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.

• This is part of a building that has 2 other private suites and is a hotel-style room with no kitchen but does offer a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker.

• Window units will be installed by Memorial Day through the end of Sept/ early October

• This unit is not baby proofed. If you need any baby proofing for your stay please be sure to bring your own devices with you.

• Weekly and monthly stays are welcome.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
