• We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.
• We offer essentials to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.
• Window units will be installed by Memorial Day through the end of Sept/ early October.
• This unit is not baby proofed. If you need any baby proofing for your stay, please bring your own devices with you.
• Weekly and monthly stays are welcome.

Important:
Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
