→ Resort Fee - There is a $35 parking fee per stay and $6.00 wristbands fee per stay per person that will need to be purchased upon arrival.

→ The person making the reservation needs to be 25 and over to book and be present.

→ MONTHLY STAYS - Message Us for Great, Long Term Snowbird and Travel Nurse Rental Rates Throughout the Fall and Winter Months!

→ No Pets. Only certified service animals are allowed (no ESAs per HOA rules). Documentation of the service provided is required in advance of stay. No exceptions. '
