Living Room:
The owner tactfully decorates an indoor swing, making it a focal point, to transform the empty corner of the living room and enhance the look of the house interiors. After a long day at the parks, relax in the main living area, which is open and airy with plenty of space for hanging out. Take a seat on the large sectional sofa to watch the large flat-screen TV in the living room.

Kitchen:
The dining room and living area provide plenty of space for gathering and sharing meals, and the bright and airy kitchen has all of the appliances you'd expect in your own home. The fully-equipped modern kitchen boasts gorgeous granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. You can easily prepare dinner at the large center island, which also seats four. Everything that you need will be at your reach! A separate dining area seats eight more at a contemporary table with views of the pool and Lanai.

Game room:
The game room features you can also play pool, table football or settle the kids down to watch a movie at a game here. For days inside, there’s a corner game to keep the kids busy while you lay out by the pool and get some much-needed quiet time.

Bedroom:
With king-sized suites and a bathtub on the bottom floor, this home can accommodate up to 14 guests. On the second floor, there are three queen-sized bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a toy-themed bedroom with a full bunk and twin. Another bedroom with two full beds, two twin beds, a children's corner, and a bathroom with a connecting door. One of these bedrooms also has a crib. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax after a day of exploring or simply staying in and relaxing.

Outside space:
There is also a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The Villa itself has one of the best Lake views, with a pool that faces the sun and overlooks the lake and its wildlife. The pool and outside area have lighting for the evening. The lakeside is only a few yards away where you will see a tranquil forest with a variety of birds. The outdoor dining area includes a patio table, six chairs, and four full-length loungers with padded cushions. There is also a covered lanai area adjacent to the pool where you can eat outside or escape the sun. It is beyond beautiful and perfect for fun and relaxation.

  You feel the pool water very chilly during cold nights in the morning and possibly early afternoon. Due to the cold weather, you may feel the water colder in the morning or early afternoon. The pool heat won’t turn the pool into the hot tub, but it will keep the water warm or usable. The pool water may not reach your desired temperature in cold weather. All the requests need 48-hour advance notice. The pool heat is not refundable.
• Before you check-in, we will send you a guest agreement. you have to sign it before you arrive.
  We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. The house has a refundable security deposit. After you had booked we will send you a link to finish the booking and the door code will be sent to you after you finish booking and a day before you arrive.
  The security deposit will definitely be refunded when you check out if that doesn't cause any damage to the house.
  We have a security camera in front of the house. So you mustn't cover the security camera. We have to cancel your stay if you cover the ring camera and we won't refund.
