• Pet-Friendly: Pets welcome with a small fee.
• Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests, as per city regulations.
• Digital Check-In: Unique code provided for secure, hassle-free access.
• During cold Winter months there may be a "Pool Heating Gas" up-charge to use the pool and Jacuzzi at the Guest preferred temps of 82 and 104 respectively. As we allow instant booking and long advance booking and do NOT have a crystal ball the up charge may be required shortly before your arrival. Obviously, this is a sensitive issue, and this is "Hospitality", so we try to be overly reasonable. The up charge could add as much as $50.00 per night to your stay.

Guest access
Initial entry and digital check-in are exclusively through the digital lock in the main front door entry. Cameras alert staff if you have any trouble accessing. The booking guest will be emailed their unique digital code two (2) days in advance of their arrival. and SMS Text the day before arrival. The digital locks will ONLY work starting at the 4:00 PM check-in day and through the 10:00 AM check-out time and day.

Stroll across the street to the Universal Studios Theme Park Hollywood or an array of world-famous studios and local hotspots on Ventura Blvd. Or down the street to the world-famous Hollywood and Sunset Blvds. Or a little further to Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive and shop like the rich and famous.

Or take the Metro subway just a short walk at Universal station to the Hollywood station for the world-famous Hollywood Blvd’s “Walk of Fame” and exciting glamorous nightlife. Or Metro to anywhere in Los Angeles greater area.

Getting around
A short walk to the nearby metro station provides convenient access to all of L.A. and CA. The next station is Hollywood Blvd. -- site of the “Walk of Fame”, museums, restaurants, and sightseeing.

We love to Host nice people but no privacy is why you rent a private home so you may never see or hear from us and unless you want or need to. This home although completely rebuilt and modernized was in the day the home of famous musicians and the recording studio for some of the top names of yester year... A fun history, and still today the neighborhood is packed with media industry professionals and talent. If you see someone famous... smile but leave them alone :)

7-person always-on custom built-in Jet spa attached to pool, lights, entertaining and lounging area of back yard patio.
Two (2) fireplaces, indoor, and fabulous outdoor fire table. Both areas invite comfy seating and fun.

Other things to note
This home is in a very quiet neighborhood. A wonderful family or small-group home, for mid-week work or a fabulous staycation. We cater to the family traveler group from out of the area. Eight (10) that can occupy 5 beds is also the MAXIMUM number of people ordinance allowed on the property. This is an agreement with our dear neighbors, but also L.A. strict anti-party ordinance. Skyhill Modern House Rules forbid parties of any kind.

We limit vehicles to 3. Two (2) that must be in the garage, that will hold larger SUV’s and another one (1) on driveway or during daylight directly on the home’s front street curb same side.

There is a pet fee, but your pets are welcome and there is a great neighborhood to walk them in or space out back just to stretch their little legs.

In agreement with the neighborhood families, we maintain a Securitas International Security Service agency response agreement with the global firm, and they are stationed directly across the way at Universal Studios with L.A. Sheriff’s substation. The neighbors can call Securitas in emergency, which can result in forfeit of remaining nights and payment balance. If you think you might possibly be in trouble with this, first please write us and discuss any potential situation.

This home is a very complete self-contained resort in a world-class entertainment-rich neighborhood that any family or social or professional group will enjoy and long remember!
