  • To this day the little cul-de-sac is home to working musicians, actors, and entertainment professionals. It's just fun knowing you are surrounded by many celebrities you know in the Hollywood Hills adjacent to a #1 global studio. We can't say, but you might see!

And 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath conveniently on the 1st floor and now with 5th bed sofa queen sleeper in Den.

KITCHEN & DINING

  • All new gourmet kitchen with more than ample marble countertop space, and a full suite of new appliances with a central bar-height seating/serving island connecting indoor and outdoor dining tables and combined entertainment spaces. A perfect set-up for family, working group, or the get-a-way of friends. The outdoor dining just feet from the indoor kitchen and a natural gas BBQ grill.
  • When it’s time to eat, gather at either of the indoor or outdoor tables or both combined. Find a convenient half bath off the main living space.

BED & BATH

  • The upstairs is decidedly upscale with a master suite right out of a magazine that has a plush king-size bed, wall-mounted TV, private desk, large closet, clothing bureau, plush seating, views. The spa-like en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, large soaking tub, and a massive shower.
  • The master suit keeps a "Travel Crib" (see pics) in the closet as we cater to all groups... and appreciate young, and/or multi-generational families traveling to Los Angeles.
  • Also upstairs is a 2nd bedroom with on-suite bath, large closet, seating, entertainment. Also, a sleek glass top workspace desk big enough for 2 in a quite seating area several can meet in.
  • Three guest rooms on the 2 floors each have a queen bed and flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom downstairs is shared by 2 bedrooms but has a double vanity and tub/shower combination, plus the half bath adjacent – 4 bathrooms total.

OUTDOOR AREAS

  • The recently refreshed lux and French whimsical private back yard features a custom sunken seven-person hot tub/jetted spa wet play pen with plush seating, a central fire table everyone can be around – plus voice-controlled color lighting ambiance for a theme park of your own group experience. Truly the custom lux outdoor multi-room everyone wants.
  • Initial entry and digital check-in are exclusively through the digital lock in the main front door entry. Cameras alert staff if you have any trouble accessing. The booking guest will be emailed their unique digital code two (2) days in advance of their arrival. and SMS Text the day before arrival. The digital locks will ONLY work starting at the 4:00 PM check-in day and through the 10:00 AM check-out time and day.
  • We make the experience work by design and know you came to a private home for privacy and your own space... but if something needs attention let us know.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • This home is in a very quiet neighborhood. A wonderful family or small-group home, for mid-week work or a fabulous staycation. We cater to the family traveler group from out of the area. Ten (10) that can occupy 5 beds is also the MAXIMUM number of people our local ordinance allows on the property. This is an agreement with our dear neighbors. Skyhill Modern House Rules forbid parties of any kind.
  • Stroll across the street to the Universal Studios Theme Park Hollywood or an array of world-famous studios and local hotspots on Ventura Blvd. Or down the street to the world-famous Hollywood and Sunset Blvds. Or a little further to Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive and shop like the rich and famous.
  • Or take the Metro subway just a short walk at Universal station to the Hollywood station for the world-famous Hollywood Blvd’s “Walk of Fame” and exciting glamorous nightlife. Or Metro to anywhere in Los Angeles greater area. Getting around A short walk to the nearby metro station provides convenient access to all of L.A. and CA. The next station is Hollywood Blvd. -- site of the “Walk of Fame”, museums, restaurants, and sightseeing.
  • Guest amenities include a washer/dryer and high security/high-speed Wi-Fi. Enjoy top-of-the-line smart home features, including voice control of lighting, security monitoring, and A/V devices. All TVs offer all major-media video streaming programming.
  • Parking is available for 3 cars, two in the secure garage, that does hold the largest SUV's and ne maximum on the street. Street parking is discouraged in the small neighborhood.
  • This home is accessed via a flight of stairs. It is a two-story house with a single stairway access to the 2nd story.
  • This rental is in a very quiet residential neighborhood and noise ordinances are strictly enforced. Parties are strictly prohibited.
