Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM Central. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed or approved in advance. If the property becomes available early, we’ll contact you and may offer access before 4:00 PM for a $40 fee. If you need guaranteed access earlier in the day- consider adding the previous night to your reservation, if available.

How to Book:

• 15% due at booking; balance due 60 days before arrival

Resort Pre-Registration:

• $90+tax resort fee paid directly to Laketown Wharf for wristbands & parking. A registration link will be texted one week before arrival.

Guest Requirements:

• Anyone 19 and older can reserve this condo.

Parking:

• Max 2 vehicles. Off-site paid parking available nearby for extras
