• There is plenty of living space and spacious bedrooms, great kitchen space for sharing meals, and a beautiful patio to soak in all the Florida sunshine. The home also has little extra touches to make you feel right at home. This includes complimentary WiFi, multiple Smart TVs, and washer and dryer units.

• This home is self-check-in. There will be no "lobby" or anyone to greet you. You will receive a personalized code for the door 72 hours before check-in. Our team is always around the area and we are available whenever needed. You may call or text us if you have any issues.

Other Things to Note:

• Our private pool can be heated upon request for $45 a day and has to be on for the duration of your stay. The pool heating fee can be collected before arrival. Please request this at least 72 hours before check-in. It does take up to 48 hours to heat so it is crucial to get this scheduled within the timeframe.
