  • Before booking, please note that this penthouse requires a MANDATORY cleaning every Wednesday. If your stay coincides with a Wednesday, our housekeeper will enter the unit with her own key for cleaning, regardless of whether the guest is present or not. Please be aware that guests CANNOT decline this service. If a guest is uncomfortable with this arrangement, we kindly ask that you refrain from booking the penthouse. Thank you for understanding!
  • Last-minute same-day reservations are NOT permitted. We require a minimum of 2 business days' notice to inform the Association and put you as our guests.

• IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

  • Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

• Additional Information:

  • The guest will have access to the entire penthouse. Please, make yourself at home!
  • Computer monitor and printer in the office are both not available for guests to use.
  • No BBQ grill
  • NO free parking (valet is available for an additional charge to guest).
  • 7 days minimum & 15 days maximum stay.

5600 Collins Avenue boasts a Walk Score of 56 out of 100, indicating that it is somewhat walkable. This means residents and visitors can conveniently accomplish some errands without the need of a vehicle.

• Additional Information:
  • Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
  • The property does have both heating and A/C, but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if your preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short-term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
  • I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
