• The third bedroom includes one (1) twin-size bed and one (1) hideaway bed (twin-size)
• Common space has 1 sofa and a crib available for your little ones
• Portable Fans are located in each Bedroom Closet
• Highspeed internet access
• Three (3) Smart TVs from which you can access your Netflix or YouTube
• Fully functional kitchen (equipped with all necessary cookware, dishes, and silverware), microwave, oven, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer
• In-house washer and dryer available

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Guests do not have access to the master closet and two hallway closets however, they are granted access to the entire property and all amenities
➤ Double garage, 2 car driveway and extra parking on opposite side of the road against wall.

➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65-75F. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
