Living Room:
Large and bright living room with a sofa bed and access to the terrace. Open plan, light and airy, carpeted room that has wonderful views out to the pool and beyond. The living room makes for the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day out at the parks. Lighting with overhead fans, luxury comfortable furniture. You’ll love spending time here watching your favorite Disney movies with everyone.

Kitchen/Dining Room:
Overlooking the living room area is the smart-looking kitchen. It has stainless steel appliances and comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen gadgets that you’d need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. Adjacent to the kitchen and with fantastic views of the pool and the surrounding trees through the giant slide door. Seating for 4 at our modern round dining table. Luxury wood flooring throughout the Kitchen and Dining room. Extra seating for 4 is provided at the breakfast bar area.

Bedrooms:

• King size super comfy bed with added luxury mattress. Matching bedside furniture, large dresser, Lamps, Cable TV plus a large closet. The bathroom has luxury wood flooring and comprises a Shower, WC, and hand basin.
• Two Queen bedrooms, plus a further bathroom complete with a corner bath with a shower. A Hairdryer is also provided.
  All bedrooms come with their TV, and this house also has in-unit laundry facilities and free Wi-Fi internet.

Outside Space:
Packed under the screened lanai you’ll find entertainment for the whole family including pool toys, yard games, and a grill for BBQ nights. After a busy day at the Parks and Area Attractions, you can look forward to relaxing in your private Pool. The lanai is shaded so you can avoid the scorching sun or if you want to sunbathe, we have an extended pool deck area with two loungers. The heated south-facing swimming pool ensures summer and winter sunshine and has privacy screens and safety netting. Watch the sunset on each fabulous day in Florida!

Routes 27 and 50 intersect towards the center of town, making travel within and outside the city a breeze. Head to West Montrose Street, the central corridor of Downtown Clermont. This street is lined with everything from bubble tea to southern comfort food. To get out and enjoy the Florida sun, Clermont offers golf courses, parks, and all the recreation available at the lakes that surround the city. Some of the area's popular attractions include Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park and Disney's Hollywood Studios®. Epcot® and Walt Disney World® are also worth visiting.

All resort amenities are included in the booking. After 6 guests, each additional guest is charged $25 per person per night. Extra charges apply if you'd like to use:

• BBQ grill: Cleaning fee: $45. The propane and gas tank will be self-catering.
• Heated pool: $45 per day for the entire stay if booked in advance/before your stay. If booked during your stay, $50 per day (4 days minimum). The hot tub is connected with the pool if you would like to use the hot tub. You have to order the pool heat with the charge.

You may feel the pool water very chilly during cold nights in the morning and possibly early afternoon. Due to the cold weather, you may feel the water colder in the morning or early afternoon. The pool heat won’t turn the pool into the hot tub, but it will keep the water warm or usable. The pool water may not reach your desired temperature in cold weather. All requests need 48-hour advance notice. The pool heat is not refundable.

Greeting you with a complimentary 90+ pts bottle of wine is the perfect way to welcome you to your fun gathering. We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. After you have booked, we will send you a link to finish the booking and the door code will be sent to you after you finish booking and a day before you arrive. The security deposit will definitely be refunded when you check out if that doesn't cause any damage to the house.

We have a security camera in front of the house. So you mustn't cover the security camera. We have to cancel your stay if you cover the ring camera and we won't refund. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
