IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
Kindly be aware that the outdoor pool DOES NOT have a heating system in place.
The guest will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.
Please note that this unit does include parking. However, no parking on grass and cannot block sidewalk.

This location is in the Central North Miami neighborhood in North Miami. North Miami is a suburb of Miami with a population of 60,449. North Miami is in Miami-Dade County. Living in North Miami offers residents an urban feel and most residents rent their homes. In North Miami there are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks.
This area has a moderate walkability, allowing for some errands to be conveniently completed by foot. Car sharing is available from RelayRides.

The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
We only provide 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel per guest. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide extra set for $10 per towel.
I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
