Please Note

• 💳 FOB / Building Access Fee: USD $30 for every 3 adults. Children are free. The FOB must be obtained directly from the Front Desk upon arrival. It provides access to the pool, gym, re-entry to the building, including when returning from the beach, and other common areas.
• 🚫 No Pets: Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted. Assistance dogs require prior registration, documentation, and approval from Management at least 3 weeks before arrival.
• 📦 Package Handling: $5 per package.

The Space

Spacious apartment accommodating up to 4 guests, with one bedroom featuring two twin beds and a living room with a sofa bed. The apartment has 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom. Large, fully equipped kitchen and new furniture.

Please understand that, as your host, we will provide essential items for your stay and keep additional supplies inside the closets. Afterward, you will be responsible for replenishing supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Guest Access

Early check-in and late check-out, if available, are subject to an additional fee.

There is a laundry room on every floor. A laundry card can be purchased at the Front Desk and can also be reloaded.

Parking

🅿️ Short-term guests are required to use the building's valet service. Guests may not access or use the owners' garage parking.

Parking rates:

• 1 day: $10
• 2 days: $40
• 3 days: $45
• 4 days: $60
• 5 days: $75
• 6 or 7 days: $90
• 8 days or more: $125
• Monthly: $175

Other Things to Note

• Minimum Stay: All short-term stays must be at least 3 nights.
• Minimum Age: The guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old. Management may request a valid government-issued ID at check-in.
• Occupancy: This 1-bedroom unit accommodates a maximum of 4 guests: 2 adults + 2 children.
• Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited, including emotional support animals. Assistance dogs are permitted only with proper registration, documentation, and prior approval from Management at least 3 weeks before arrival.
• FOB Access: Hosts are not permitted to provide FOBs to short-term guests. Guests must obtain their FOB directly from the Front Desk. The cost is USD $30 for every 3 adults; children are free.
• Noise and Parties: Parties and events are not permitted. Loud noise, music, TV, or other disturbances are not allowed after 10:00 PM.
• Smoking and Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all common areas.
• Check-in: Standard check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out, if available, are subject to an additional fee.
