Garden Home at the Magnolia House in Downtown

Garden level in a classic style federal row home. Walking distance to all of Savannah's main attractions and River Street, but tucked away enough to enjoy peaceful nights and restful sleep on memory foam mattresses. Dedicated parking in the home's garage and ample free street parking on the block make coming and going a breeze when you want to spend a day in neighboring towns, but you won't even need your car to see all Savannah has to offer.

The bed has a Tuft & Needle memory foam mattress. The sleeper is a modern, comfortable memory foam mattress as well.

The kitchen is stocked with just about every tool a daily cook would need included a full suite of Green Pan professional enameled non-stick and a full suite of USA Pan bakeware. Plus, Glasslock containers for storing your leftover and easy reheating.

The bedroom and the living room have a Roku Smart TV so you can use any app you choose, including watching live TV through our Xfinity App.

The internet is Fiber to ensure everything you do on our network is efficient and snappy.

The home is all yours.

We have a full staff of costumer service reps, handymen, electricians, plumbers, pest control, and HVAC professionals at the ready to make sure your stay is wonderful and smooth. But, we leave you to enjoy the space unless you need us.

This location is downtown just a few blocks from all the action on a safe and quiet street. Every street in Savannah has something to explore, and just a block over from us is Fox and Fig, a great coffee shop and plant-based restaurant with an all day menu.

Best to walk everywhere.

PARKING:

• This suite comes with one parking spot in the small garage. It will not fit larger vehicles. DO NOT PARK in the lot next to the property.
• There is free street parking in front of the property or on the intersecting street on Price. Otherwise, you will be looking for metered street parking. Beware of street sweeping signs for the early morning hours. Should you need a spot, we highly recommend you download the Park Savannah app to pay. Makes it much more convenient.
• There is a parking garage on State Street.
• Lastly, the city has visitor parking passes. Visitor Parking Passes are $15.00 (1 day) and $24.00 (2 day). The Visitor DAYPASS is available at Mobility & Parking Services, 100 East Bryan Street BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Call ahead.
