Main Floor:

• Primary Bedroom: Enjoy a restful night in the king-sized bed, with plenty of natural light and space.

Additional Information:

• Cleanliness: We go above and beyond to ensure cleanliness for all of our guests. Not only do we wash linens and towels between each stay, but we also wash the comforters to ensure a fresh and clean environment for every new guest.
• Dog-Friendly: We welcome up to 2 dogs (subject to approval through a questionnaire and a $150 fee per dog). Please note that your dog must be mature, have indoor manners, and be comfortable staying in a provided kennel when left unattended.

• 14+ Days Before Arrival: Full refund
• 8-14 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund
• 1-7 Days Before Arrival: 0% refund
• Medical Emergencies: Full refunds for medical emergencies when documented within 1 day of arrival
• 50% Refundable Deposit: A 50% refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and must be paid within 24 hours to secure the reservation.
