River Road Retreat - Heated Pool & Hot Tub, Pond, Games, Fishing, >10 min to beach!

Private pool, pond views, gardens, and a 10 minute drive to the beach! This home backs up to a nature preserve. Relax by the pool and tiki bar area watching TV or enjoying music.

Hot Tub: There is a hot tub in a private location overlooking the pond. This is a 7 person hot tub, a 2023 model.

Pool Heater: Our pool is open and maintained year round. The pool heater can reliably generate heat as long as the outside temperatures are above 60 degrees which will generally be from March to November, however in our area it is not unusual for us to have warm days at any time of year.

Beds:

• Main Floor: TWO King bedrooms, a queen pull out couch in living room
• Upstairs: Two Queen beds in the large room

We won't bother you during your stay but are always available. We do have vendors (pool maintenance, landscaping, fish pond) that may visit during daylight hours. We may need to come on property from time to time as well but would only be popping by outside or the basement storage area.

Notice: Alligators are sometimes present in the pond. Please use caution.
