Nestled in Ormond by the Sea, this beautifully updated pool home offers a new kitchen, bathroom, and flooring. Outside, you can enjoy a fire pit, pool with poolside loungers, and a storage shed. The location is just minutes away from the intracoastal and a 5-minute walk to the beach. There are many fun things to do nearby, as well as great places to eat and shop. Please note that this is a dog-friendly home, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed at a rate of $25 per day per pet.

Ormond by the Sea is a traditional old Florida-style beach and surf town. It is filled with bungalows and attracts snowbirds, surfers, families, and friends. You will have easy access to groceries and local dining options. Additionally, it is just a little over an hour's drive to popular attractions such as Disney, Universal, Cape Canaveral, and St. Augustine.

While having a car is recommended for getting around, it is also a great idea to bring or rent bikes, as our beaches are perfect for bike riding. The area is ideal for cruising in your car, motorcycle, or Jeep. You can even drive on the beach and enjoy a coast on the coast!
